Analysis Utilities
- Sorted protein characteristics:
- sorting a genome's proteins by their characteristics such as MW, pI, etc.
- Mean values:
- computing the proteome's mean values, for MW, pI, etc., or selecting a range of values.
- Function:
- selecting ORFs by functional category.
- Random sets:
- selecting random ORFs from a genome.
- Logical NOT:
- Logical NOT, of the results from the previous query or analysis.
