Description of the genome query for

Find cross-phylum ubiquitous genes

For each ORF in the chosen genome, or for each ORF in the "Results from my last query,"
a search is made in each prokaryotic genome to find a reciprocal best match (RBM) with allowance for near-ties, or alternatively, an ORF with same consensus gene name (CGN). We count how many genomes from each prokaryotic phylum have an RBM or a CGN to that ORF. Then, if the ORF is found to be sufficiently represented (as a minimum proportion of genomes within each phylum possessing an RBM or a CGN to the ORF), the ORF is reported to the user.
